OUR BOOKING POLICY
FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Make sure you show up at least 10 minutes early so we can get your paperwork filled out. Also, you should know that we do take full payment up front for all first appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, all we ask is that you give us 48 hours’ notice. If you do not show for the appointment, cancel or move your appointment within the 48 hours you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can buy gift vouchers from our shop here: https://mimosabeauty.co.uk/product-category/vouchers/. Please note that we do tend to book up 4– 6 weeks in advance. All vouchers have a 1 year expiry so make sure your lucky person books in well before the voucher expires. Please note that our gift vouchers can not be printed.
PAYMENTS
As of 1st October 2019 we will not be taking cash payments in the salon.

Parking is available from Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 9pm
